We are located in downtown Indy’s burgeoning southside with direct access to all of the state’s major highways. We are directly in between Rolls Royce and Lilly’s main campus, leading the state’s R&D efforts.
Need a half rack or a full rack? That’s right, you can store your alpha, beta, and even your production servers in our state-of-the-art data center located in the lower level of our facility. Our secure data room comes packed with features to allow you to keep your servers close to you and safe.
We even have a coffeehouse for those tired bones. That's right, Dry Bones Coffee is located in the lobby and is the heart of the building. Grab a cup of coffee and chill!
All of our tenants have access to The Union Campus parking lots. There are three lots attached to our campus that you have access to. No more having to feed meters and walk long distances to be downtown.
We have dedicated some space to house our workout room. We have the right mix of LifeFitness gym equipment. Plug in your earbuds, and get to work. When you’re done, cool off in our showers located in our his and her locker rooms.
For those of you that like to ride your bike to work, we have the perfect place to park your ride. We have created a secure space inside the building to store your bike. Hang your bike on the wall, and access it with your keycard. Pretty cool, huh?
Our 120-year-old gym has seen its share of exciting events. Today is no different, except we replaced the basketballs with microphones. Our gym— nicknamed “The Gem”—has a state-of-the-art audio and visual setup, which allows you to host your event. When we’re not hosting events, feel free to shoot some hoops and listen to your favorite jam.
Safety is key to providing an innovative environment, and you can rest assure knowing that our building is secure. We have strategically placed cameras inside and outside of our building to insure the highest safety. The outside is well lit, and a third party security personnel patrols our area. We also have keycard access located on the main entry points and all of the other amenities.
